Return policy for shipments:
Fees for returning the shipment are estimated according to the internal shipping fees that are determined after the return.
Parcel return policy:
Parcels can be returned provided they are not prepared. A cancellation request must be submitted by contacting us via digital channels. Please note that cancellation fees will be communicated to you.
Return policy for purchasing from China:
When purchasing through the Buy from China service (Personal Shopper) and shipping the products through the supplier to your warehouse, the allowed return period is only 3 days, provided that the supplier agrees to the return. Otherwise, the products will not be returned.
Returns policy:

2. The application will be financially approved after being studied by the Financial Affairs Department
3. The application review process takes between 7-14 days, and the customer will be informed of the details.
