Terms of international shipping companies

1- It is based on the highest weight between the volumetric and actual weight of the products.
2- Do not accept any goods longer than 1.2 metres.
3- It is not accepted to ship batteries, regular electrical appliances, liquids, international brands, or brands registered in the recipient’s country. For more details, please see the prohibited goods page here.

4- In the event of loss or damage, the customer will be compensated for the value of the product, provided that it does not exceed 100 US dollars.
5- All goods sent to Saudi Arabia and the UAE are subject to VAT and other countries to 15% VAT.
6- If the shipment is stopped at customs, the customer must clear the goods and submit the required documents to customs. If the shipment is returned, the customer must bear the full return and clearance fees.

7- The customer pays additional fees in the case of remote addresses and remote areas or modifying the address.
8- There are additional fees (customs fees) for some products that are charged to the customer by DHL.

DHL company

1- The higher weight is based between the volumetric and actual weight.
2- Do not accept any goods whose length is more than 1.2 meters. In addition, the weight of one package must not exceed 69 kg.
